Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return has been approved, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

As stated above, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
